The most famous piece of Pilates equipment, provides a low-impact, resistance-based workout that is friendly to the joints. Users sit, kneel, stand or lie on the moving carriage - a great total body workout! Strengthen, stretch and tone all at the same time!

A series of exercises performed on a mat. Combinations of basic and intermediate exercises are introduced as the client develops strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness.
